Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay by prior arrangement. We kindly ask for a £30 cleaning fee when bringing pets.
Please note that we have free-range chickens and cats on our side of the property, so we ask that visiting pets are kept under control to avoid any unwanted encounters.
If you’d like to bring your dog, simply mention this on your booking enquiry. We're happy to recommend dog-friendly beaches and walking routes in the local area to make your pet’s holiday as enjoyable as yours.
How to Get Here
We’re tucked away in the peaceful hills of Galicia, but still easy to reach by air, road, or rail.
✈️By Air
The nearest airport is A Coruña (LCG), around 30–40 minutes by car.
Santiago de Compostela (SCQ) is also a convenient option, approximately 1 hour away.
Porto Airport (OPO) in Portugal is a great choice for international travellers, about 3 hours by car.
🚗 By Car
We recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. We’ll send detailed driving directions once your booking is confirmed. Our property is accessible via quiet country roads and has free on-site parking.
🚉 By Train
You can reach Pontedeume or Ferrol by train from A Coruña or Santiago. From there, it’s about 30 minutes by car or taxi to our house. We can help arrange a pickup if needed—just let us know in advance.

We’re surrounded by nature, so while it feels remote, we’re just a short drive from shops, beaches, and cultural sites. The roads are scenic, and the pace is slow—just the way we like it.
